Japanese photographer Kazuaki Hara @k_botchan lives with his family in a century-old house. Through his lens, he gently captures the everyday moments shared between his children and their old home. Through these works, we invite you to return to a simpler and quieter time.

We have reinterpreted Kazuaki Hara’s photographs through Riso printing, allowing the unique halftone textures, slight misregistration, and layered color blending of Risograph printing to bring an added vintage poster atmosphere to the series. These originally soft and delicate Japanese-style photographs now take on entirely new colors and expressions — letting viewers experience both the warmth in Kazuaki Hara’s photography and the distinctive charm of Risograph printing.
